About
The gap
You have the idea. Everything after it is the hard part.
Most apparel projects do not fail on the concept. They fail in the space between a good drawing and a product a customer will pay for twice.
01 “I have an idea but no idea how to actually manufacture it.”
Bring a sketch, a reference garment or a paragraph. We start at concept, not at a finished tech pack. Our team decides construction, materials, grading and cost engineering with you. The technical decisions you have not made yet are our job, not yours.
02 “I can't tell a good factory from a bad one.”
Fair. So judge us on work you can verify: HOKA runs product development through this building. norda shipped a sub-25g Dyneema cap with us. Ask us for references, ask for a factory audit, ask to see the QC records. We would rather you check.
03 “My samples never come back the way I drew them.”
That is what happens when design and production are different companies. Here they are the same team in the same building. The pattern engineer walks to the bonding machine. First prototype in 7–10 working days, and most products settle in two or three rounds.
04 “I don't know which materials to specify.”
Very few founders do. We develop fabric to the performance you need (weight, stretch, breathability, hand feel, recycled content) rather than picking the nearest thing off a shelf. For norda that meant bio-based mesh and Dyneema®; for HOKA it meant recycled fibres across several product lines.
05 “I'll outgrow whoever helps me start.”
Not here. The same building runs a single prototype and a 100,000-unit year. You never have to re-tool with a new factory, re-explain your product, or watch your quality drift because you got too big for your first partner.
Why partners stay
Vertical integration is the whole argument.
Every advantage below comes from the same structural fact: the people who design your product and the people who build it work for the same company, in the same building.

01
No subcontracting. Ever.
When your brief arrives it does not travel. R&D, pattern engineering, prototyping, fabric research, bonding, laser cutting, finishing and testing all happen under one roof in Dongguan. Not "partnered with". Ours. If a factory tells you it handles everything, ask to see the address. We show you the floor.

02
Technology-driven craftsmanship
Ultrasonic and HF bonding, laser cutting, magnetic closures and digital sublimation, applied by people who have been doing this for over a decade.
-
03
Quality you can hold us to
Quality is embedded in the construction sequence rather than inspected at the end. Our engineers are in the same room as the bonding line, so deviations are caught in real time, not in a report two weeks after dispatch. Anything that misses the standard gets repaired or replaced.

04
Trust & transparency
Direct, collaborative partnerships and a confidential, fully in-house development process. Your product is never sent out to a workshop you have not met.
